About the Role

As a Warehouse Employee at Transtema, you will have a central role in the daily warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves responsibility for both company-owned and customer-owned warehouses, with a focus on quality-assuring warehouse processes, system management, and advanced administration.

You will work closely with several internal functions such as technology, project management, planning, and purchasing, becoming an important part of the daily logistics chain. The role combines operational warehouse work with administrative responsibility and requires a high level of safety awareness, good structure, and very good system proficiency.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Handle goods receipt, picking, warehousing, and internal logistics
• Administer and coordinate deliveries, shipping, and transport flows
• Ensure correct and updated information in business systems and logistics-related IT systems
• Work with advanced administration related to order handling, warehouse statistics, purchasing, and reporting
• Establish, adapt, and follow up on logistics and warehouse processes in project and customer deliveries
• Collaborate with internal functions such as technology, planning, project management, and purchasing
• Follow and contribute to the development of safety, quality, and working environment routines
• Ensure order, structure, and compliance with warehouse and documentation routines
• Handle waste in collaboration with waste contractors, including booking pickups and ensuring correct environmental sorting
• Contribute to a safe physical work environment and correct material handling

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in qualified warehouse work
• Very good IT skills and experience in advanced administrative work
• Very good system proficiency and experience working in business systems, where experience with IFS is highly meritorious
• Experience in data management, registry maintenance, reporting, and process documentation
• Good administrative ability with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and information security
• Experience in project or order management
• Category B driver's license
• Forklift license A, B, and C
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good physical fitness

Experience in goods receipt and receiving control is considered an advantage.
