Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you have a dual role where you lead the daily operations alongside your regular role as a Building Technician. You act as a link between the operations and management, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your responsibilities, in addition to the role of Building Technician, will include among other things:

  • Work planning
  • Assisting in the distribution of fault reports
  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new employees when needed
  • Working towards a good work environment and cohesion for the employees in the group

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Building Technician or in a related profession
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good knowledge of Office
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Meritorious with experience in leadership/management

As an Operations Manager, you work independently with a business-minded approach and build good relationships with customers and other contacts within the operations. You are responsible, service-oriented, and receptive, taking initiative to solve problems and drive the work forward. You are structured, self-motivated, and stress-resistant, stepping up where needed to ensure quality and results.
