We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our client in Älvsjö!

About the Role
As a Customer Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent development opportunities within customer service. Every day, you will answer incoming calls to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotations. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job involves using various digital systems, so good computer skills are essential. This is a full-time position with office hours.

Requirements
• Previous experience working in service with daily customer contact.
• Good computer skills and experience with various systems is a plus.
• Valid B-category driver's license (manual transmission preferred, but automatic may be acceptable).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact easily with both customers and colleagues.
