About the role

As an operator of OKQ8 Bilverkstad, you will have the opportunity to run your own business under a strong and well-known brand. You rent a fully equipped workshop space adjacent to our station and are responsible for the daily operations of your own workshop within the framework of our OKQ8 Bilverkstad concept. As an operator, you are responsible for building and leading your business with a focus on quality, service, and profitability. You follow OKQ8's concept, but run your own limited company.

As an operator at OKQ8 Bilverkstad, you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for the workshop's operations, customer reception, and administration
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current laws and quality requirements
• Recruit, lead, and develop your staff
• Manage tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to the concept

To succeed, we see that you have experience from the automotive industry, perhaps as a mechanic, customer receptionist, or workshop manager. You need to have vehicle technical competence and an understanding of workshop operations, economics, and customer service.

• Own limited company
• Category B driver's license
• Vehicle technical experience

It is an advantage if you have experience of running or leading a workshop. As a person, you are customer-oriented, business-minded, and goal-focused with a strong sense of service and a desire to build something of your own.

Other information:

You are responsible for the purchase of tools and machinery such as lifts and tire machines. The premises are ready to take over, with customer reception and concept profile already in place. The recruitment process includes taking MEKO's KSV test, a competency test in vehicle technology, as well as submitting a clean extract from the criminal record register before the agreement is signed. For this position, you need to be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EEA country, have a permanent residence permit in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with the right to work. You must be able to prove your citizenship or right to work in Sweden during the recruitment process.
