About the role

We are currently looking for a structured and driven employee for our client in Märsta. In this role, you are responsible for the administrative management of machine production. You ensure that the correct materials are available according to the production plan and work continuously with delivery monitoring, documentation, and updates in the business system Monitor G5. You will also follow and administer the production of our machines in close collaboration with internal departments and suppliers, with the goal of ensuring efficient processes and high delivery security. The role requires good structure, administrative precision, and the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks in a dynamic environment. Working hours: Daytime Start: Immediately/agreed upon. The position is for a fixed-term employment of approximately 4 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and have the ability to prioritize and work independently. You like order and structure while being flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel at a high pace. Requirements:

• Experience with Monitor G5 or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with production planning and production and material flows.
• Administrative experience and good computer skills.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
