You are confident in the kitchen and enjoy a service flow characterized by pace, structure, and good teamwork. You respect the ingredients, work cleanly and organized, and understand the importance of maintaining the same high standard on every plate, even when the restaurant is full and the pace is fast.

We believe you are someone who takes responsibility for both your own work and the overall kitchen operations. You communicate clearly with your team, help out where needed, and contribute to an atmosphere where everyone works together throughout the service. Experience is important, but attitude, professional pride, and a sense of quality are equally significant.
