Position: Picking Team Leader

Restaurangjouren is now looking for a new hero for their warehouse in Jordbro for full-time work.

About the Role

We are looking for an independent and structured Picking Team Leader with experience in warehouse work. You will play a central role in optimizing our picking process and ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

As we are transitioning to handheld computers, experience in this area is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and be responsible for order picking for customers, including dry goods, refrigerated, and frozen services.
• Collaborate with the picking team to minimize errors.
• Handle incoming goods and perform other warehouse tasks.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker in a leading position with responsibility for other employees or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, as all safety regulations are in Swedish.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong planning skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in both cold storage and freezer environments.

Other Information

Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 13:00–22:00 and Fridays from 14:00–23:00, but may vary due to various circumstances such as holidays, etc.
