About the Role

We are currently looking for a meticulous and responsible terminal worker for our client in Skellefteå. Here, you will become an important part of the flow, working with the handling of goods and packages. The tasks are varied and include forklift driving as well as simpler administrative duties.

Working hours are scheduled for morning shifts between 04:00–08:00, making this position perfect for those who wish to combine work with studies or another primary occupation (at least 50%).

This is a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible. We are conducting rolling selections, so don't wait to apply!

We are looking for someone who

• Has another primary occupation (e.g., studies)
• Is an early riser, reliable, and enjoys physical work
• Has a forklift license and basic computer skills (preferred)
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

Here you will work with relationship-building service towards our client's tenants around Skellefteå. As a Property Manager (Bovärd), you will have an active and varied job where no two days are alike. You will be part of a friendly group of engaged colleagues who are passionate about problem-solving and service.

Your Responsibilities 

As a Property Manager, your main responsibilities will be to handle incoming fault reports, conduct inspections, and patrol rental properties. You play an important role for the tenants, and you plan and organize your work based on established routines and processes in close collaboration with other colleagues.

Common Tasks 

• Corrective repairs and maintenance
• Contact with tenants
• Conducting move-out inspections
• Ongoing contact with contractors

Scope: Full-time during the period June 15 - August 14

Working hours: Weekdays 07:00-16:00

Your Profile 

We are looking for someone who perhaps has education in construction, plumbing, or electrical work, or has acquired the knowledge through work experience. You enjoy problem-solving, and we believe you also have good computer skills as some administration is included. Since the role also involves driving, a B-driver's license is required. Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. 

As a person, we see you as a team player with a big heart for service. You enjoy meeting and helping people and thrive in a varied job. You are flexible, good at prioritizing, and ensure things get done independently.
