We assist private individuals with household moves and businesses with office relocations, including the assembly of desks, filing cabinets, and other office furniture. We pack, wrap, load, and transport furniture and household goods with a focus on quality, safety, and service.

We are now looking for you who have a B-driver's license and want to become part of our team in Umeå.

Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Packing household goods
• Wrapping and protecting furniture and belongings
• Loading and unloading household goods
• Stowing cargo in trucks and trailers
• Managing workflows and communication via our customer system on mobile devices
• Customer contact and on-site service
• Vehicle maintenance and basic care of our fleet

About the Job

The work is varied, physical, and at times demanding. It involves heavy lifting and carrying furniture up stairs and in other environments where mechanical aids cannot always be used.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer interaction
• Is organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Has good teamwork skills and functions well in a team
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and has a strong work ethic

As a moving assistant, you are our face to the customer. You have significant responsibility for ensuring that customers' belongings are handled safely and professionally, which places high demands on both service attitude and attention to detail.

We usually work in teams of two or more people, so it is important that you enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment.
