We are currently looking for an intern via the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) for the role of Spotter within data center and installation projects.

The internship lasts for approximately 1 month and aims to introduce the participant to job tasks, safety routines, and the work environment within larger technical projects. The intern will receive guidance from experienced staff on-site.

As a Spotter, your responsibilities include:

• Being vigilant about safety on the job site
• Assisting work crews by observing and reporting risks
• Ensuring that work follows safety routines and instructions
• Communicating with on-site personnel as needed

The work involves long shifts with a lot of standing and walking, making good physical endurance important for the position.

Upon completion of the internship, there may be opportunities for extra work or hourly employment depending on the company's needs and the outcome of the internship period. In the longer term, there may be possibilities for more extensive employment.
