At Activa Servicepartner AB, we are currently looking for a gardener as a resource worker!

About the role

As a gardener, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of green areas for companies, housing associations, and private individuals. The work is varied and involves physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. You will work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Mowing grass and trimming hedges
• Weed control and general cleaning of green areas
• Pruning bushes and trees
• Maintenance and care of flower beds, plantings, and garden plots

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a genuine interest in gardening. You have a strong work ethic, enjoy practical work, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when necessary. You are flexible, a good team player, and eager to learn new tasks.

To be considered for this position, we would prefer that you meet the following requirements:

• Category B driver's license (not mandatory, but a plus)
• Previous experience in gardening
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

The employment is as a resource worker, where you can step in during peak work periods, cover for vacations, or as needed during the 2026 season. This is a hourly position.
