We are looking for a Service Advisor for our client in Åkersberga!

About the role: As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent development opportunities within customer service. You will be part of an inspiring and friendly team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers.

As a customer receptionist, you will receive phone calls daily to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotations. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The work involves using various digital systems, so good computer skills are essential. This is a full-time position with office hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in the automotive industry.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Strong verbal communication skills and ease in communicating with both customers and colleagues.
