About the role Middlepoint is currently looking for a service-oriented and humble internal service employee for one of our clients – a prestigious bank branch in Liljeholmen. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a service team of five people in a professional and business-like environment.

In this role, you are responsible for the daily internal service at the office and contribute to ensuring a smooth working environment for both employees and visitors. The tasks are varied and include, among other things, rounds, restocking the copy room, handling fault reports, and simpler handyman tasks such as furnishing during internal moves and changing light bulbs, etc.

You also work administratively with, for example, email contact, bookings, and supplier matters in internal systems. If needed, you also support in the reception and help the conference hostess with daily tasks.

The role also includes:

  • Programming lockers and battery changes
  • Handling of mail and couriers
  • Rounds on the office's different floors
  • Ensuring that common areas are well-organized and presentable
  • Contact via phone and email
  • Handling bulky waste on the floors
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Handling technology in conference rooms
  • Service of coffee machines as well as refilling coffee and tea
  • Responsible for loading and unloading dishes in dishwashers
  • Restocking office supplies

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Completed high school education

About the employment

Employment: Permanent with an initial six-month probationary period
Full-time: 100%
Start: Immediately
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00
