We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our client in Kista!

About the role: As a Customer Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent development opportunities within customer service. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and has a strong service orientation, as customer interaction plays a crucial role in the company's success. You will be part of an inspiring and friendly team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers.

Every day, you will receive phone calls to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotes. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job involves using various digital systems, so good computer skills are essential. This is a full-time position with office hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in service with daily customer contact.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission preferred, automatic may be acceptable).
• Strong verbal communication skills and ease in communicating with both customers and colleagues.
