We work with railway infrastructure and have expertise in signaling, telecommunications, electrical systems, and overhead lines. In the workshop, we manufacture technical houses, kiosks, and cabinets for railways, trams, and subways with high quality and delivery reliability.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work primarily in a workshop environment with your team. The work involves manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of technical houses, kiosks, electrical cabinets, signal control panels, and signal gantries, which are later installed in projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Electrical installation and assembly in technical houses, cabinets, and kiosks for railway facilities.
- Internal mounting and wiring of components according to drawings and technical documentation.
- Mechanical assembly of gantries, enclosures, and associated equipment.
- Preparation, production checks, and quality assurance prior to delivery to projects and construction sites.
- Collaboration with colleagues in the workshop, projects, and engineering to ensure correct execution.
The work is normally scheduled during daytime hours and takes place in the workshop, but may involve supporting project activities on-site when needed. This is a permanent position, and you will report to the Business Unit Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a few years of work experience as an Electrical Technician and have an education focused on electrical engineering, as well as experience working with technical drawings.
Additionally, you hold an ECY certificate, a Category B driver's license, and are fluent in Swedish both orally and in writing.
Merits:
- Experience working with railway technical equipment.
- Mechanical installation experience.
- Experience in cabinet construction (automation, electrical centers, signal control panels).
As a person, you are accustomed to working independently. You are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a team environment but are also confident in planning and executing your tasks yourself. You take responsibility for delivering on time and with high quality – always with safety as the top priority.
