About the role

We are looking for a Facility Technician for our client, a key role in ensuring that all restaurants and properties in Värmland function as they should. You will operate from home or an agreed-upon location and work flexibly between sites, responsible for ongoing maintenance, repairs, and practical improvements.

This role suits you if you enjoy working with your hands, have good technical understanding, and appreciate freedom with responsibility. You will experience great variety in your tasks and be a valued resource in the operation.

Your responsibilities

• Perform ongoing repairs and maintenance in restaurants and properties.
• Change light bulbs, repair furniture, and fix minor technical issues.
• Repair tiles, grout, and other surface coatings.
• Perform simple carpentry, painting, and assembly work.
• Inspect outdoor areas and general functions in and around the properties.
• Troubleshoot and handle urgent operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and craftsmen when needed.
• Report major faults and improvement needs.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is practical, self-motivated, and has natural drive. You enjoy solving problems, take responsibility for your work, and see what needs to be done without needing to be told.

You have experience in property maintenance, caretaking, construction, or similar practical work. Perhaps you currently work as a property caretaker, service technician, craftsman, or caretaker.

As a person, you are:

• Quick in both thought and action.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently and enjoy mobile work where you meet many different people in your daily routine.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
