About the role
For the IT Support position, we are looking for you who are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. You thrive on helping users and have the ability to handle both simple and more advanced IT-related issues. The role involves working within both first line and second line support.
The role starts immediately and will involve a few hours per week now and during the summer. Towards autumn, the hours will increase.
Responsibilities
- Document cases in various case management systems
- Troubleshoot apps and systems that are not functioning correctly
- Support technicians with installations and more advanced IT questions
- Receive cases via phone, email, and Teams
- Gather and forward technical information
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying and has at least two years of studies remaining (preferably in IT)
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Has previous experience in servicedesk/support
- Has experience logging cases in a ticket system
