Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Planner in Örnsköldsvik. In this role, you are responsible for planning vehicle manufacturing both internally and with external partners. The assignment is long-term and involves a fixed-term employment with AFRY, where you work as a consultant on-site at the client's premises.

You will work closely with operational procurement, production, and project managers, playing an active role in monitoring and reporting material and production status to the project organization. Your main responsibilities include:

• Release and analysis of production orders in SAP
• Monitor material status and report to procurement and production
• Manage changes in production documentation and wagon configuration
• Collaborate with external partners for production at other locations
• Close collaboration with assembly and other relevant departments
• Contribute to development in communication, analysis, digitalization, and business improvements

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an academic degree in logistics, production engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent experience.

You preferably have previous experience in roles such as production planner, material planner, coordinator, or preparer, and have good system proficiency, especially in SAP, Aras, and the Office package.

As the role involves work within the defense industry, Swedish citizenship is a requirement. A security clearance and a drug test are mandatory for this position.

The assignment is located on-site at the client's premises in Örnsköldsvik.
