Do you want to work in a coordinating role where technology, planning, and collaboration are at the center? We are now looking for a Retrofit Coordinator for a long-term assignment within critical infrastructure.

In this role, you will have a central function in the work with retrofit executions – changes and updates carried out on already manufactured vehicles. The assignment suits you who thrive on creating structure, coordinating activities, and driving the work forward in close dialogue with both internal functions and the customer.

🛠 About the role

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on activities related to retrofit projects. The role is primarily strategic and administrative but also requires technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach.

The work takes place primarily on-site at the company's premises, especially during the introductory period. Once you are self-sufficient, some remote work may occur.

📋 Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Create and maintain a holistic overview of which vehicles need to be addressed

  • Ensure status and position of vehicles throughout the entire process

  • Follow up on material status for each assignment

  • Plan and order personnel resources for service packs and retrofit activities

  • Act as a contact point towards the customer and internal functions

  • Contribute to structure, planning, and follow-up in the project

  • Coordinate activities to ensure delivery according to schedule

✅ We are looking for you who have
  • Good communication skills and experience in coordinating various stakeholders

  • Ability to create structure as well as plan and follow up on activities

  • Good system proficiency and confidence in digital work environments

  • Technical experience or a strong technical interest

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

⭐ Meritorious
  • Experience working as a coordinator and/or sub-project manager

  • Experience from industrial operations, production, or technical projects

🔐 Other information
  • Swedish citizenship is a requirement

  • Drug test and security clearance are conducted before the assignment starts

  • Start: June 2026

  • Assignment duration: 12 months

  • Location: Örnsköldsvik 📍
