💼 Your role with us

As an employee in the A-omsorg team, you will:

• Provide personal care
• Adapt interventions to each customer's needs
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in documentation and reporting

You will become part of a thoughtful and professional group that supports and develops together.

🌟 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience as a healthcare assistant or nursing assistant, preferably within home care
• Are attentive, flexible, and proactive
• Have a good ability to treat people professionally and empathetically
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are accustomed to documenting digitally

⏰ About the position

• Scope: As needed / hourly employment
• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend (schedule by agreement)
• Compensation: Hourly wage + overtime supplements
