Responsibilities:

Your workday may involve varied tasks, but primarily you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and performing tool changes.
• Setting up, changing over, starting, and stopping production lines and peripheral equipment.
• Conducting daily supervision of machines and tools.
• Starting and stopping auxiliary equipment and correcting settings if necessary.
• Troubleshooting operational disruptions.

As part of the job, you will also document machine data, tools, and spare parts.

Qualifications:

Experience working as a setter today or other relevant work experience is considered an asset.

We would appreciate it if you have experience in mechanics, automation, or repairs.

Other trade professions, such as carpenters, plumbers, or automotive mechanics, can also be advantageous for the role.

Personal Attributes:

As a person, you have a strong technical interest. You learn quickly and are accustomed to taking personal responsibility.

We believe that you, as a candidate, are a problem solver who is used to tackling everyday challenges and has an interest in improvement work.

We also see that you have strong drive and communicate easily with those around you.

Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
