We are an established wholesaler in south Stockholm with a wide range of products from both Swedish and international suppliers. The business is characterized by a fast pace, strong team spirit, and a strong focus on service and quality.
We are now looking for a Requisitioner for the Purchasing Department – a person who loves structure, pace, and control, and understands the importance of having the right product in the right place at the right time.
About the role
As a requisitioner, you work closely with purchasing, warehousing, and sales.
Your main task is to ensure that products are available for the business through daily requisitions and follow-up with suppliers.
You work with monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales flows, and placing orders based on needs, campaigns, seasons, and delivery times.
This is a central and business-close role where you become an important part of the chain between supplier and customer.
You need to be able to make quick decisions, prioritize correctly, and keep many balls in the air at the same time – without losing structure or precision.
Your responsibilities
As a requisitioner, you will among other things work with:
- Daily requisitions and orders to suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels and sales flows
- Ensuring correct stock levels based on needs and turnover
- Handling backorder notifications and delivery deviations
- Follow-up of incoming deliveries
- Close contact with suppliers regarding delivery times and availability
- Collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and sales department
- Working in business systems
- Contributing to efficient product flows and reduced waste
- Administrative tasks related to purchasing and logistics
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in requisitioning, purchasing, logistics, or warehouse planning
- Are structured, precise, and solution-oriented
- Thrive in a fast pace where many things happen simultaneously
- Have good administrative skills
- Are communicative and enjoy collaboration
- Have good computer skills and find it easy to work in business systems
- Have an understanding of flows, volumes, and planning
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
Previous experience in food, wholesale operations, or retail is an advantage.
