To our newly established section in Kungsbacka, we are now looking for several skilled and unpretentious environmental workers with a Category C license who are interested in a varied and social job. You will become an important part of a new start where teamwork, engagement, and good results are in focus. We are looking for you who want to be part of that team.

Your responsibilities

The work involves driving rear-loading vehicles (garbage trucks) and being responsible for emptying containers with packaging materials as well as food and residual waste at our customers' premises.

Our environmental workers drive according to a planned route and should have a good sense of direction and be able to navigate around Kungsbacka. Since the work is occasionally physically demanding, you should enjoy being active, and we also expect the work to be performed with high quality and service.

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:30–15:30. Work may occasionally take place in the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays. Compensation is paid according to the current collective agreement.

Your profile

• Category C license.
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
• Digital tachograph card.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in the role, and since it involves significant customer contact, it is important that you are service-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and have good teamwork skills. You should be comfortable using computers. You must have good physical fitness and be medically approved as a professional driver.

Industry experience and local knowledge of the Malmö/Burlöv area are meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

• Salary according to collective agreement (Environmental Workers Agreement with Transport). The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.
