Personal Assistant Wanted – Calm, Secure and Understanding

About You

You are an empathetic and stable person who creates calm and security around you. You have experience with and a good understanding of mental health issues, and you know how important respectful treatment, patience, and predictability are.

You are stress-resistant, have good self-regulation, and can maintain your composure even in pressured situations. Experience with low-arousal approaches is an advantage. To ensure effective communication, you must speak fluent Swedish.

There are cats in the home, so you need to be comfortable around pets.

About the Role

As a personal assistant, you are a support in my daily life and contribute to structure, security, and balance. The tasks range from personal hygiene and mobility to everyday activities in the home.

I live with mental health issues where stress is a major part, which means your ability to create calm, be present, and work with a gentle and respectful attitude is crucial.

This is a role for you if you want to make a real difference in another person's life through stability, understanding, and continuity.

Working Hours

Day, evening, and night with flexible scheduling. Examples of shifts: 08:00–16:00 / 14:00–21:00 / 21:00–10:00.
