Summer Substitute/Temporary Staff Needed at Vansbro Municipality

We are looking for colleagues in various operations

• Day/Evening/Weekend: 4 out of 10 weekends within home care, elderly care, and short-term care. In individual cases, we can offer every other weekend if it works better for you and the operation.
• Night shifts: In the Night Patrol/home care and at our elderly care facilities.
• Weekend shifts: Continuous weekend work with a full-time salary and 30 hours/week.
• Day activities: (May be combined with another position).

As a summer substitute with us, you are the hub in our residents' daily lives. You help with everything from personal care and service tasks to going for walks or just sitting down for a chat. No day is the same as the other, and your presence is what makes the difference. You will document in our operational systems and collaborate with other professional roles in the operation.

You will

• provide care, assistance, and service as well as personal care
• work preventively when performing daily tasks
• document in operational systems
• create a safe and meaningful existence
• collaborate with other professional roles in the operation
• be the hub in our residents' daily lives

You must have

• Category B driver's license if you wish to work within home care

It is an advantage if you also have

• assistant nurse education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
