At Handla Bil, we are looking for a business-driven salesperson to join our team in Uppsala!
About the role
We are seeking a motivated salesperson who wants to drive results through excellent communication and strong customer relationships. In this role, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from the initial contact with the customer to closing the deal and delivering the car.
You will work with advisory sales, where your ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and guide the customer to the right car is crucial for success. The role involves both face-to-face meetings and contact via phone and digital channels.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, relationship-oriented, and result-driven, with a clear desire to close deals and achieve set goals. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy taking initiative, working independently as well as in a team, and are driven by creating satisfied customers and long-term relationships.
You will thrive in this role when you:
- Actively reach out to and follow up on customers from leads and walk-ins
- Manage the entire sales process from needs analysis to closing
- Build trust through professional advice and excellent service
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work systematically towards set goals and results

Qualifications and beneficial experience:
- Have a strong interest in sales and business
- Are communicative and express yourself fluently in Swedish (English is a plus)
- Are result-oriented and motivated by reaching and exceeding goals
- Have a natural ability to build trust and relationships
- Have experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles
- Experience from the automotive industry is beneficial but not required
Employment details:
Scope: Full-time, with varying working hours between 09:00–18:00 on weekdays and 10:00–15:00 on weekends
Probation period: 6 months
Salary: Fixed salary + commission-based compensation
Location: Uppsala, Fullerö
