Your Work Assignments

As a window cleaner at Hemfrid, you have an important role – to provide your customers with the best service. You work both independently and as part of a team. The assignment involves cleaning various types of windows in apartments and houses.

Your tasks include:

• Window cleaning at private customers' homes
• Window cleaning of glazed balconies and other glass sections may occur
• Independent work at customers' homes, and for larger assignments, working together with colleagues

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process includes the following steps:

• Complete a practical window cleaning test
• Participate in a short interview

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in window cleaning in Sweden or another EU country. Having completed a window cleaning course is highly advantageous. As a window cleaner, we are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and is driven by quality and customer satisfaction. You should also be open to working together with colleagues, which happens during larger assignments. Being meticulous and punctual is important to you. You also need to be engaged and have a positive attitude. Of course, you should also be passionate about customer service, just like we are!

To summarize your profile, we look for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in window cleaning in Sweden or the EU
• Speaks and understands basic Swedish or English
• Can work flexible hours Monday–Friday, with weekend work possible
• Has a B-class driver's license or EU driver's license
• Has access to a personal car

Additional merits include:

• Previous experience in a service profession, moving services, or home cleaning
• Completed window cleaning education or course
