Tractor Driver for Crop Farming – Seasonal Position with Potential for Permanent Employment

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a tractor driver for our crop farming operations. This is a seasonal position with good prospects for permanent employment. Experience working independently is valued, but the ability to collaborate in a team on a large farm is a plus. A B-driver's license is required, and you should have an interest in technology.
We manage 720 hectares of land. Of this, 360 hectares are used for cereals, oilseeds, and peas, while the remaining 360 hectares consist of grassland, approximately 300 hectares of which is used for horse feed.
Our livestock operations include 250 beef cattle with approximately 90 calvings per year. We also sell meat boxes directly to consumers.
We also run a horse business with 17 box stalls and host around 30 horses during the summer months.
The farm shop offers a wide range of our own products.
At the HorseHage production facility, we employ approximately 12 full-time staff and around 18 summer workers, primarily local youth.
