OUR OFFER

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible property caretaker/property technician who is passionate about creating, maintaining, and operating a pleasant and well-kept environment in properties in Norrköping or Linköping. In this role, you will share responsibility with your colleagues for both the interior and exterior maintenance of properties, offices, and premises throughout Norrköping or Linköping. You and your colleagues play a central role in ensuring that the properties are kept in top condition!

We are looking for one person for Linköping and one person for Norrköping. Please specify in your application which city you intend to apply for. Thank you!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform both interior and exterior repairs and installations in the properties.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the property and its outdoor areas, such as snow removal and lawn mowing.
• Work practically with various tasks such as repairs, replacements indoors and outdoors, and much more.
• Collaborate with colleagues regarding any issues and work efficiently when they arise.
• A valid Category B driver's license is required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-motivated, and has a good sense of service. While being self-motivated is a plus, we also value that you are a team player who fits well into a group. Previous experience in property maintenance or similar work is advantageous, but we also value your engagement, energy, and willingness to learn. You should be flexible and able to handle varying tasks with a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers. Since you will interact with different people daily, the role requires a social interest.
