We are now looking for dedicated temporary staff and summer staff who want to become part of our wonderful team during and after the summer of 2026.

Job Description

As a temporary or summer staff member in home care, you help our customers live a safe, independent, and dignified life at home. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care
  • Support in the home (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
  • Accompaniment and social interaction
  • Documentation and working based on decided interventions
  • Collaboration with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

You work independently but are always part of a warm and helpful team.

You thrive on providing good service, building nice relationships, and wanting to give quality of life to our customers. As a person, you are independent, humble, meticulous, and responsible. You are passionate about elderly care, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their loved ones.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
  • Good computer skills/computer literacy
  • Ability to cycle
  • Sign language
  • Category B Driver's License

Merits:

  • Experience from care work in elderly care
  • Completed or ongoing assistant nurse education of at least 1350 credits
  • Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare
