Do you want to work in a crucial and visible role where you are the first point of contact between users and IT? We are now looking for a service-oriented IT Support Specialist for a consultancy assignment on-site in Lund.

About the assignment 📍
You will work within the IT Helpdesk/1st line support and be a central part of ensuring a smooth IT day-to-day for users. The assignment is part-time and involves working two days a week, primarily Tuesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities 🛠️
You are responsible for receiving, registering, and handling IT-related cases, as well as providing fast and professional support.

Your main responsibilities:
• Receive and register IT cases via phone, email, case portal, and drop-in.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within Windows workstations.
• Provide support within M365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage accounts, passwords, and permissions.
• Support standard applications and peripheral equipment.
• Provide user support and pedagogical guidance.
• Ensure correct classification, prioritization, and documentation.
• Escalate cases to 2nd line when necessary.
• Follow up on cases until they are resolved.

Scope and period ⏱️
The assignment covers approximately 40 percent of full-time work, with the possibility of extension if needed. Start is as soon as possible, and the assignment runs from May 25 to September 25, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Location 📍
The work is performed entirely on-site in Lund.

Requirements ✅
• Experience with Windows 11.
• Experience with Intune.
• Experience with M365.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID.
• Experience working in 1st line support or IT Helpdesk.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of English.
