As a Service Advisor, you are the link between the customer and the workshop. You are responsible for creating a professional and smooth customer experience throughout the entire process – from booking to completed work. You work closely with the workshop manager, technicians, and other colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Handling warranty cases and contact with the general agent
• Booking and planning of service and repairs
• Handling damage cases with insurance companies
• Invoicing and control of incoming invoices
• Administration of service agreements and other administrative tasks

We are looking for you who have documented experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Receptionist within the automotive industry, preferably with experience in warranty handling and insurance cases.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and service-focused. You thrive in a role where you get to combine administration with customer contact and have an easy time building trusting relationships.

We would like you to have:

• Experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Documented experience in warranty handling
• Good administrative skills and habit of working in a structured manner
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Advantageous if you have experience with the systems KOBRA and CABAS
