Are you the one we are looking for?
Galatea is now looking for a driven Account Manager to Stockholm who wants to be part of the journey to develop the business and create strong customer relationships.
As an Account Manager, you work with Galatea's entire beverage assortment towards hotel, restaurant, and bar customers. You are an important representative of the company and work closely with customers in your district, where you both develop existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
You collaborate with colleagues within sales, Key Account Management, marketing, and inside sales, and are part of a commercially driven organization where you have the opportunity to influence both your own and the company's development.
In the role, you also work actively with budgets, follow-up, and customer calculations, write contracts, and have result responsibility for your region. You report to the Sales Director.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales of the entire beverage assortment within your district
- Process new customers and develop existing customer relationships
- Plan and conduct customer visits and activities
- Work with budgets, forecasts, and follow-up
- Create customer calculations and calculate business deals
- Write contracts and have result responsibility for your region
- Collaborate with internal functions within the group
Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong drive and high service awareness
- Is business-minded and has good administrative skills
- Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
- Is goal-oriented and motivated by creating results
- Has an interest in food and beverages
Requirements for the position:
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Based in Stockholm
- Documented experience in sales and customer service
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good familiarity with digital work tools, preferably CRM systems
Merits:
- Post-secondary education in sales, economics, or marketing
- Experience from the restaurant or beverage industry
