Allegio Care is a family care company that wants to make a difference. We offer care and services through public care decisions or as a RUT service. We are nothing without our skilled employees!
Competence is important – we therefore have a high level of education among our staff, with a special focus on dementia and palliative care. We are constantly working on development in our operations and work with quality assurance, including self-controls.

We offer care and services to our customers through public care decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure that together we design a secure service that is adapted to needs and wishes. We work actively with fixed care contacts and, to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the business – we can always get better.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an employee with us, you are responsible for carrying out decided care interventions. These tasks include, among other things, support and help with meals, hygiene, transfers, activation, etc. Your role also involves supporting customers as necessary and strengthening their ability to be independent. You will work during daytime hours and every other weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Commitment and interest in the target group.
- You are meticulous and set high demands on your work effort.
- You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment.
- You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers.
- You have the ability to take personal responsibility and perform work independently.
- You have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Assistant Nurse education (protected professional title).
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to cycle.
