QRTECH is on a strong growth journey and is now looking for senior embedded developers with a focus on application-level firmware. Here, you will work with advanced technology in development projects spanning from idea and concept to finished product and delivery. We are a technology-driven company in Mölndal/Göteborg developing electronics and software for clients across several high-tech industries – from innovative startups to global industrial companies.

About the role

We are looking for you who want to take overall responsibility for the development of robust embedded solutions. You translate requirements into functional features, drive implementation from idea to delivery, and identify risks at the application level. The role involves working close to both hardware and software, where integration with drivers, middleware, and BSP is a natural part of everyday life.

You will work on communication with other systems and cloud solutions, with a strong focus on functionality, robustness, and long-term maintainability. We believe you see both the technology and the user needs, and that you value readable, structured, and well-architected code.

We are looking for you with experience in:

• 5–10+ years of experience in embedded development with a focus on application-level firmware
• C and C++ for embedded applications
• Integration with drivers, middleware, and BSP
• Zephyr, FreeRTOS, or Embedded Linux
• Communication between systems and cloud services
• MATLAB/Simulink
• Git
• B.Sc. or equivalent degree in computer science, electronics, or embedded systems
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
