At Björkbacken, people live who need support and care around the clock. Here, as a nursing assistant or care aide, you have a meaningful role where you make a difference every day.

You work with providing care, support, and assistance to our elderly through help with daily tasks and social activities that create security and well-being. You are part of a team of care aides, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

You will receive a good introduction so that you feel secure in your role. If you are studying for a healthcare education, a summer in elderly care is valuable experience. You practice handling, close care, and gain experience working with the elderly. In many parts of healthcare, the elderly will be the largest patient group in the future.

Qualifications

We place great importance on your personal suitability. We see that you:

• have empathy and are service-oriented.

We would prefer that you have completed a nursing assistant education or experience in care work, but we also welcome those who enjoy people and want to try something new.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
