Your role as Automation Specialist
As an Automation Specialist at Apotea, you will be a key part of the new automation group within logistics in Morgongåva. You will work closely with the Automation Manager and follow their instructions in the daily operational management of the automation. The role involves leading employees in the automation group, prioritizing tasks in the workflow, and contributing to the safe, structured, and efficient use of automation during day shifts. You handle operational deviations, ensure smooth handovers, and collaborate with the service group and other functions when issues need to be escalated.

The position is located in Morgongåva, and working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

Requirements and Merits:

• Experience from warehousing, logistics, production, or e-commerce, preferably in an automated flow.
• Experience in leading, instructing, or supporting colleagues in operational work.
• Good system proficiency and interest in technology, automation, workflows, and problem-solving.
• Experience with WMS, deviation management, Lean/5S, or automated warehouse solutions is a plus.
