Power Platform Specialist / Digital System Administrator

Peritum is looking for a Power Platform Specialist / Digital System Administrator who wants to work with the development, improvement, and management of our digital solutions within Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

This role is a perfect fit for you if you want to work closely with the business and create digital solutions that are used in practice. You will further develop existing solutions, build simpler new support tools, troubleshoot when things don't work, and contribute to better structure regarding documentation, testing, and maintenance.

This is not an architect role or a pure support role. It is a practical and business-close role for you who enjoy building, improving, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting digital solutions that make everyday life easier for users and customers.

Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• develop and maintain solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• build and improve apps, flows, forms, and digital workflows
• troubleshoot and improve existing solutions
• work with lists, document libraries, views, permissions, and data sources
• test changes before they are put into use
• document solutions and changes so they can be maintained over time
• dialogue with colleagues to understand needs and find practical solutions
• contribute to simple routines for testing, release, and follow-up
• collaborate with external suppliers when needed

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience with:

• Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Microsoft 365 as a platform for digital solutions
• building, improving, or maintaining solutions close to the business
• troubleshooting and quality assurance of digital solutions
• documentation of solutions, changes, or workflows
• dialogue with users or business representatives

You need to be able to work independently, but you will not be alone in all matters. The important thing is that you are curious, responsible, and want to create solutions that work in everyday life.

Merits

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Dataverse
• Power BI
• Power Platform Pipelines or ALM
• Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools
• Entra ID, groups, and permissions
• simple integrations or APIs
• Moodle or other learning platforms
• WordPress or other publishing platforms
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP at a basic level
• automated tests or test automation

You have a stable foundation in Power Platform and Microsoft 365, but you don't need to know everything from the start. The important thing is that you want to learn our environments, understand our workflows, and contribute to solutions that last over time.
