We are in an exciting phase of growth and are now looking for a skilled and humble tradesperson who wants to become part of our team in Västerås for immediate employment.

We are looking for someone who, like us, has high ambitions and wants to grow together with the company – a person who sees opportunities, takes responsibility, and wants to contribute to Odendis continuing to develop in the right direction.

We work both as subcontractors and run our own contracts, where we perform everything from site preparation to complex construction works.

In 2026, we face an exciting growth journey – with over a hundred plots in Västerås that we will develop into a new, attractive residential area.
