About Värmdö Tandvård

The practice is located in Hälsans Hus, a standalone building from the 1950s where other healthcare activities are also conducted. The clinic operates in three treatment rooms and focuses on general dentistry.

The team consists of six employees providing dental care in an environment characterized by collaboration, presence, and a strong commitment to the long-term health of patients. The clinic offers a wide range of treatments and collaborates with specialists when needed. The work environment is described as attentive, motivating, and supportive.

About the Role

As a general dentist, you will perform standard tasks within general dentistry.

The role involves independent, assisted patient care where you have good opportunities to influence and shape your workday. You will work in a bright and spacious treatment room with several windows and a nice view. The clinic is equipped with digital equipment such as OPG, intraoral scanner (3shape), IO camera, and microscope.

Here, the focus is on quality, caring care, and a personal approach.

We are looking for you who

• Hold a Swedish professional license as a dentist (issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare)
• Have fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Have at least 7 years of clinical experience as a dentist. Longer continuous experience from the same clinic is meritorious

You have a warm and pleasant patient approach and create trust in the meeting with the patient. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with colleagues. At the same time, you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work. You communicate clearly and professionally in both speech and writing.

We are looking for you who are relationship-building and understand the importance of building long-term patient relationships. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a varied workday where you meet motivated patients with small to large treatment needs.

Furthermore, you are confident in your professional role, can make decisions, and communicate your assessments clearly, even in complex situations.

• Scope: 50–100%
• Start: From August onwards
• Working hours: 08:00–17:00 according to agreement
