About the team

You will be part of the Supply team – consisting of six people with competencies in range management, pricing, procurement, master data, logistics, and systems. The position is full-time and based at our office on Wallingatan in Stockholm. The work model is hybrid – you are expected to be on-site at least three days a week, with the option to work from home on other days. Working hours are 08:00–17:00 with flexible scheduling.

About the role

As a Pharmaceutical Category Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining and developing ApoEx Private Care’s pharmaceutical range. The role is autonomous and suits you if you thrive as the obvious pharmaceutical expert within the team.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring a broad and relevant pharmaceutical range, including through procurement of licensed medicines and parallel imports
• Maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers regarding forecasts, backorders, exchanges, and procurement
• Proactively monitoring medicine availability and distributing information to customers and internal segments
• Monitoring decisions from the Swedish Medical Products Agency and keeping the range up to date
• Answering customers' pharmaceutical questions via phone and email
• Collaborating with the master data manager to maintain and validate article data in the Netsuite business system
• Ensuring that the quality management system is current and that regulations and prescription requirements are followed
• Suggesting improvements to processes, range, and quality systems

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or dispensing assistant and who thrive in a role where you combine pharmaceutical knowledge with technical sharpness and business thinking.

• Licensed pharmacist or dispensing assistant
• Strong in Excel and/or Google Sheets. You work comfortably with data
• Experienced in working with business systems; experience with NetSuite is an advantage
• Self-driven and responsible. You enjoy owning your role
• Tech-savvy with an interest in improving processes and systems
• Good business acumen and strategic mindset
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits: Experience from medicine supply, procurement, or category management, as well as experience with licensed medicines or parallel imports.

Desired start date

As soon as possible, subject to any notice period.
