About Us

Retail Support is a Swedish company that has grown significantly since its inception in 2012 and is now also represented in our Nordic neighboring countries: Norway, Denmark, and Iceland. We target suppliers, primarily within the building materials retail sector, offering services such as store logistics, store renovations and extensions, and events of various scales. Retail Support is part of Svensk Handel and has a collective agreement with the Swedish Retail and Wholesale Workers' Union.

About the Role

Your role at Retail Support is as a warehouse and merchandise picker, where you will act as the extended arm between suppliers and their customers in the stores. You will primarily work with fronting, displaying, and replenishing goods according to the supplier's requests in the stores, though lighter renovations may also occur.

Working hours are during the day on holidays-free weekdays, Monday to Friday, with great opportunities to influence your schedule. The position is part-time as needed, and we are looking for someone who can cover the need in various stores within the Stockholm area. The need is currently high ahead of the upcoming peak season.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven, social, and flexible, and who does not shy away from hard and physical work when required. We want you to enjoy working in a team and appreciate having your own responsibility, as many tasks are performed independently in the store. You should be detail-oriented and have a sense of order and tidiness.

The most important thing is not what you have done before, but who you are as a person, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Previous experience with order picking is considered an advantage, as is having access to a car. You will undergo internal training and workplace introduction, which means you need to master the Swedish language.
