Your role at Iver You will work in a consultative role focused on the operation and development of our customers' Citrix and AVD environments. The role involves operational responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of existing systems in close collaboration with colleagues and customers. The work includes analyzing, managing, and resolving complex technical issues to ensure stable and efficient environments.

The role also includes strategic responsibility focused on further development, automation, and improvement efforts to create efficient and scalable solutions in complex environments.

Examples of responsibilities

• Develop and improve our customers' Citrix and AVD environments

• Operate and maintain Citrix, AVD, and NetScaler environments

• Plan, drive, and execute cases and projects

• Work with security, automation, and system administration

• Contribute to the efficiency of Iver's services and deliveries within the Citrix area

Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced IT specialist with solid competence in Citrix and Microsoft environments. You thrive in complex technical environments and have experience working with business-critical platforms, preferably in a consultative capacity. To succeed in the role, we see that you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and confident in your technical skills. You have a structured work approach, good collaborative skills, and a natural drive to contribute to improvement and development.

We expect you to have deep competence in the Citrix platform, including Citrix DaaS / Cloud, Virtual Apps and Desktops, as well as NetScaler. You also have good experience with Microsoft environments, Active Directory, GPO management, and server operations in business-critical environments.

Meritorious: Experience with Citrix certifications such as CCP-V and ADC, working according to ITIL, as well as implementation and migration projects in both OnPrem and cloud-based environments, such as Azure and Citrix Cloud.

Location: Iver is present in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you are based at one of our offices in Malmö.
