JTEKT is now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to take responsibility for one or two key customers and be the natural link between the customer and the organization.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the relationship with one or two of JTEKT's customers. You work closely with the customer in daily cooperation and coordinate issues related to projects, deliveries, quotation work, and follow-up.

You act as an important interface between the customer and internal functions such as engineering, production, quality, and logistics.

The role is as much about structure, communication, and collaboration as it is about business and customer relationships.

The position is primarily onsite, meaning you work close to the operations and the customer in your daily work. Therefore, we prefer that you live in the local area or have the possibility to commute without problems.

Examples of tasks

• Responsible for the daily customer relationship
• Coordinate customer cases internally within the organization
• Follow up on projects, timing, and deliveries
• Participate in quotation and RFQ processes
• Ensure good communication between the customer and internal teams
• Handle changes and follow-ups in ongoing projects
• Work long-term to develop the customer relationship

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer contact, sales, contract negotiation, coordination, or project work
• Is structured and thrives with responsibility
• Has good communication skills
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has an interest in technology, industry, or automotive
• Lives in the local area or has the possibility to work onsite most of the time

It is an advantage if you have experience from manufacturing industry or international customer relationships.
