Booiq is growing and is now looking for a Key Account Manager with strong sales drive who wants to help establish and develop the company's position in the real estate industry. Here you will work with well-known clients and be part of a small, tight-knit team where your contribution makes a direct impact.

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to handover to Customer Success.

This is a role where you get to grow, develop, and make an impact – in a company that prioritizes both professional and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and booking meetings with new clients
  • Conduct needs analysis and understand the client's strategy, current situation, and goals
  • Present Booiq's services and prepare business proposals
  • Drive complex sales processes with longer cycles
  • Manage contracts and ensure a clear handover to Customer Success
  • Manage dialogue and follow-up with existing clients
  • Support internal business development and provide input to the product team

You will work closely with the CEO, CRO, Customer Success, and the development team, playing a central role in the company's continued growth.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3–5 years of experience in roles within B2B, brokerage, real estate consulting, proptech, SaaS, or software sales
  • Experience in driving own business processes
  • Basic CRM proficiency
  • Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
  • Relevant education in economics, marketing, real estate, IHM Business School, or equivalent (Experience can weigh as heavily as education.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in real estate brokerage
  • Experience in the real estate industry, preferably with commercial properties

Booiq develops digital solutions for property owners and is today a clear player in the industry. Clients use Booiq to work proactively, understand their markets, and create new revenue through data-driven decisions.

The company has grown organically and currently consists of 12 people – a tight team with high competence. The development team is primarily located in Gävle, while other employees are based centrally in Stockholm at a modern business hotel.
