About the Position

As an assistant nurse at Martins Home Care, you work with providing individually adapted care and service based on the customer's needs. The tasks may include, among other things:

• Personal care
• Assistance with medication and delegated health care measures
• Documentation according to current routines
• Support in daily chores
• Contact with relatives and home nursing
• Creating security and social community for our customers

We work with a respectful and professional approach where the customer's needs and self-determination are always in focus.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained assistant nurse
• Have experience working in home care or elderly care
• Are responsible, flexible, and engaged
• Have good collaboration skills and a positive approach
• Can work independently and make your own decisions
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
• Have a B driver's license
