About the Role
In this role, you work with outbound sales via phone. Your day-to-day consists largely of contacting new potential customers, generating interest, and booking meetings for the company’s salespeople and project managers. You work both from provided lists and through your own prospecting.
The role involves a high pace and clear goals linked to activity and results. You will sit together with others in the same role at the office in Stockholm, where there is a clear ambition to create an environment where you learn from each other, push each other, and develop quickly.
You will be based at the company’s pleasant office in central Stockholm, located in one of the city’s most established business districts.
Requirements for the Position
- We are looking for you who have experience in outbound sales via phone, regardless of industry. The most important thing is that you are accustomed to making first contact, handling objections, and driving conversations forward.
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have
- Worked in international environments or have good knowledge of English or other Nordic languages, as YLLW operates in a broad market.
- Experience in prospecting for leads yourself or working in CRM systems

- The salary consists of a fixed part depending on experience and commission linked to performance.
- The position is full-time or part-time with placement in Stockholm, with the possibility of being positioned in Gothenburg as well.
The Recruitment Process
The recruitment process is handled by Framtiden and consists of the following steps:
- Phone interview with Framtiden
- Personality test
- Competency-based interview with Framtiden
- Final interview with YLLW
