Operations and maintenance is a brand within Peab Infrastructure Central Sweden, active in external building maintenance, parks, and road operations. In close collaboration with our customers – large and small – we take care of the public outdoor environment for many people. We ensure that residents and visitors can thrive and stay safe in our outdoor environments and traffic. Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for you who want to work as a groundskeeper for our contracts in Stockholm. You will, among other things, work with the maintenance of plantings, mowing grass, pruning bushes and trees, establishing new parks, and cleaning. The job responsibilities also include snow removal, stair shoveling, and inspection of playgrounds. Our assignments are very varied and diverse.

Personal Qualities
We are looking for both you who have experience with green area maintenance, park maintenance, or you who enjoy working outdoors. We would like you to have a gardening education or equivalent experience in gardening.

We want you who apply to be service-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and in a team. It is important that you have a positive attitude combined with a cheerful mood. We expect you to have the ability to take initiative and that you can plan, execute, drive, and prioritize tasks independently. Being tidy and structured is a given for you. A Category B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
