We are now looking for a Project Administrator who wants to support a project team in a larger industrial project. In this role, you will work closely with the project group and help with structure, documentation, and monitoring of workflows. This is a role for you who wants to gain insight into the construction industry and develop in a supporting role with many different contact areas. About the position

In this administrative role, you will support the project team with various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the project management and other project members, where the work involves helping with system management, documentation, and keeping order on flows and materials.

You will be employed as a consultant through Academic Work and work at our client's site. Initially, the assignment is for one year, but with the greatest probability, the assignment will be extended long-term if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and administer invoices, user permissions, training, etc.
  • Collaborate and communicate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Educate suppliers in new digital routines and systems in a pedagogical manner.

We are looking for you who

  • Have completed upper secondary education.
  • Have previous work experience in administration in some form.
  • Master good Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work.
  • Live in or near Luleå as the position is long-term.
  • Have a B driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Good knowledge of Excel.
