As a Maintenance Technician, your mission is to manage and develop the property management business for HSB housing associations, private associations, and other customers – in line with our joint business plan. You work both within your group and in collaboration with other departments and business areas.

Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician here, you will work with the operation, maintenance, and simpler optimization of the technical systems of properties. The role also includes supervision, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, as well as coordinating contractors and suppliers. Documentation of completed work and follow-up in internal systems is an important part of the job, as is contact with tenants and businesses.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in the operation and maintenance of property technical installations, as well as good technical understanding and problem-solving skills. You have a B driver's license and good computer skills, as well as knowledge within plumbing, electrical, and/or control and regulation technology.

If you also have OVK training, experience with ventilation controls, training in energy declarations, or other experience relevant to the position, we view this as meritorious.
